The multinationals are public limited companies running all over the world. Its main aim is making money. The more, the better. To do so, they look for the cheapest raw materials, the cheapest labor and the markets where they can sell as expensive as possible.
And the profit they make (the money) is kept in banks located in countries where no taxes are paid.
